Kerwyn Garcia SC is one of Trinidad and Tobago's most distinguished legal practitioners, having been appointed Senior Counsel in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the law and the legal profession. He serves Archipelago Law as In-House Consultant and Senior Counsel, providing the firm and its clients with the benefit of his formidable expertise across complex commercial, constitutional, and energy matters.

With decades of experience at the apex of legal practice in the Caribbean, Kerwyn has advised governments, state enterprises, major financial institutions, and private sector clients on some of the most consequential transactions and disputes in the region. His practice has encompassed corporate and commercial advisory, constitutional law, civil and commercial litigation, and the energy and natural resources sector — a field of particular strategic importance to Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.

Kerwyn is the founder and head of the Chambers of Kerwyn Garcia, a prominent litigation and advisory chambers in Port of Spain. Through his chambers, he has mentored a generation of Caribbean lawyers — among them Archipelago Law's own founding partner Justin Sinanan, who trained there early in his career.
