About the Firm

Archipelago Law was founded on a simple but powerful observation: businesses operating across the Caribbean are too often forced to cobble together a patchwork of unconnected legal advisors — one firm in Trinidad, another in Jamaica, a different one in the BVI. Each relationship siloed, each matter managed separately, each new jurisdiction requiring a fresh search for trusted counsel.

Our founding team came together from across the region — Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Antigua & Barbuda, Jamaica, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, and Miami — united by a shared conviction that there had to be a better way. We built Archipelago Law to be that better way: a single firm with genuine, operational capability across the Caribbean's key jurisdictions.

The name “Archipelago” — drawn from the Spanish and Italian word for a chain of islands — captures exactly what we are: a network of connected legal expertise spread across the Caribbean, unified by shared standards, shared values, and a shared commitment to our clients' success.
